Questions
- Is this invoice generator really free?
- Yes. There is no sign-up, no invoice limit, and no watermark on the PDF.
- Does it calculate UAE VAT?
- Yes. VAT is calculated at 5% by default, and each line item can be set to standard-rated, zero-rated, exempt, or out of scope.
- I am not VAT registered. Can I still use this?
- Yes. Switch off Charge VAT and you get a plain invoice: no VAT line, no tax breakdown, and no TRN fields. That is the correct document if you are below the AED 375,000 registration threshold, since a business that is not registered should not issue a tax invoice.
- Can the invoice show Arabic?
- Yes. Invoices carry bilingual English and Arabic labels, and you can enter your business name, client name, and item descriptions in Arabic.
- Is my invoice data stored anywhere?
- No. Your draft is saved only in your own browser. Invoice content reaches our server solely to render the PDF and is not retained.
